This ceramic vase is handcrafted on the pottery wheel using traditional ceramic techniques. Each piece is shaped slowly by hand, allowing the form to emerge through repetition, balance, and touch rather than rigid control. After forming, the vase is carefully hand-glazed, creating soft variations in surface and tone that respond to light and space. The glaze enhances the natural qualities of the material without overpowering the form, preserving a sense of material honesty and restraint.

Its proportions are considered to bring calm and balance, allowing it to integrate naturally into different spaces — from private homes to curated interiors and galleries.

Because every piece is created entirely by hand, slight variations in dimensions, form, surface, and colour are natural and expected.

ABOUT

Studio Gazar

For Midheta, founder of Studio Gazar, creation is not just a process, it is a journey of exploration and expression. As the potter and designer of the brand, it’s about harnessing the raw potential of clay and other natural elements and transforming them into something tangible, something with its own story and soul. Made by hand, in small batches, each ceramic vase carries traces of the hand and the moment of its creation. Slight variations in shape, glaze, and texture are not imperfections, but evidence of the handmade process and the individuality of each object. This approach ensures that every ceramic vase remains personal, timeless, and deeply connected to the material from which it is formed.
