Returns

If you would like to return your item you have 7 days to notify us (team@modernmetier.com) from the date of receipt. You will have a further 14 days to send your item back to the designer after receiving a response from Modern Metier. The returns period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods that you have ordered.

How to return or exchange a product

1. Contact team@modernmetier.com with your order reference number to let us know you will be returning your purchase to the designer.
2. We will respond with the return address.
3. Prepare your order securely in the original packaging and send it back to the designer.
4. Your order will be refunded once the returned product is received and verified by the designer.

Please note that you are responsible for the safe return shipment of the product to the designer. Therefore you are liable for any damage caused between shipment and reception of the package by the designer. We recommend using a trustworthy transporter and tracked service to ensure your delivery makes it back to the designer safely and securely. Please retain your proof of postage.

Made to order products

Refunds for made to order products are considered on a case by case basis. When a product is made to order, it is indicated on the product listing page.
