Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer delivery across all of Europe.

For countries outside of the European Union including Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, VAT is not included. You will be responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes upon delivery of your order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are dispatched under the Incoterms® 2020 rule DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Export quotes do not include these charges.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product weight and order destination. Charges are displayed on the cart and checkout page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary for each brand and designer.

For ready to ship products, we will typically aim to have your order with you within 4-5 business days.

For made to order products, please refer to the product listing page for delivery information. Lead times may vary for each brand and designer.

What shipping method do you use?

We have partnered with UPS and DHL to ensure that you receive your order quickly and safely. Some of our brands and designers will ship to you using their specialised logistics partner of choice.

How will I receive my order?

Each designer will prepare and ship your items to you directly, therefore, if purchasing from multiple designers in a single order, you may receive your order in several deliveries.

Do you offer free delivery?

We run free shipping promotions from time to time on Modern Metier. Free shipping is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the client by Modern Metier and/or banner on the Modern Metier Metier with at least 48 hours notice prior to expiry. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. We reserve the right to change, extend or end promotions at any time. Additional restrictions may apply.
