More from Studio Gazar
This Grenat Foncé II ceramic vase carries a sculptural presence with a slightly broadened form. Its silhouette opens into a wider body, tapering gently toward the base, creating a sense of balance between grounded stability and fluid curve. The surface holds a quiet sheen, catching and softening the light as it moves across.
The deep red glaze recalls polished mahogany, ripened plum skin, and the still stillness of aged wood. With or without flowers, the piece is made to anchor a space with quiet strength. Made and glazed entirely by hand, each stage of its creation follows a slow and attentive rhythm, allowing the form to evolve naturally.
Because every piece is created entirely by hand, slight variations in dimensions, form, surface, and colour are natural and expected.

ABOUT
For Midheta, founder of Studio Gazar, creation is not just a process, it is a journey of exploration and expression. As the potter and designer of the brand, it’s about harnessing the raw potential of clay and other natural elements and transforming them into something tangible, something with its own story and soul. Made by hand, in small batches, each ceramic vase carries traces of the hand and the moment of its creation. Slight variations in shape, glaze, and texture are not imperfections, but evidence of the handmade process and the individuality of each object. This approach ensures that every ceramic vase remains personal, timeless, and deeply connected to the material from which it is formed.
