The Camber stool by Dutch designer Paul Coenen originated from the idea of manufacturing a piece of furniture from a single piece of anodised aluminium. The inclining angle of the seat forms the basis for the rest of the design, with each cut and fold featuring the same 5 degree angle. Each stool starts from a flat rectangular sheet, where two angular cuts are made to the metal. Three folds are made lengthwise by machine before the legs are bent by hand into the right angle.
