The starting point of this project was centered on restoring symmetry to the layout of the apartment, creating an open circulation and more generous volumes. Interior designer Olivia Massimi worked closely with the owners who are avid collectors of art and design, bringing together contemporary and period pieces to create a timeless and eclectic design in this duplex apartment. Since the owners often entertain friends at home, the guest room were designed with hotel codes in mind. The interior designer mixed raw materials and lacquered finishes throughout the apartment to create contrast and lend character to the home.
