Inspired by the Mediterranean, the theatrical architecture of this atypical Parisian apartment is highlighted by the use of natural materials such as travertine, tadelakt and concrete. Designed by architect Batiik Studio, the curved alcove separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. Divided by a textured curtain, the bedroom is hidden from view when guests are visiting. For the floors, the architect used waxed concrete with an added rose pigment, setting a soothing tone to the space.
