The 93m² crossing apartment, on the 6th floor of a 1930s building with an unobstructed view, is located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. Due to its lengthy morphology and the data of the program, Heros Architecture decided to start from scratch in order to obtain a neutral base that disregards any superfluous elements. The partitions that initially divided the space have been torn down and the old carpet replaced with a white floor resin. In fact, the apartment reacts like a large reflector and allows maximum light input. Thus, the container entirely coated in white, like a blank canvas, highlights its content.
