This family apartment is organized around an entrance gallery which distributes the 3 main bedrooms and the two lounges on the street. A corridor then gives access to the kitchen and various technical rooms. A clear tone covers the apartment. It is enhanced in places with oak fittings, Carrara and Marquina marbles as well as all the furniture and lighting. The parquet floors have been restored, while those in the technical rooms are covered with a concrete plaster.
