The request: a Parisian pied-à-terre on the top floor of a building in the 7th arrondissement for a couple of German citizens with children. The project: take over the initial configuration of the apartment in order to distribute the master bedroom and the two twin bedrooms. The whole apartment is designed and made entirely to measure by QSA Quentin Sommervogel Architecture and Concorde. Herringbone parquet flooring, porcelain stoneware tiles for the wet rooms, Okoume wood joinery, children’s bathroom and kitchen furniture in powder coated ironwork, lacquered kitchen with Rosso Levanto marble worktop.
